Once the loss report has been completed, please contact your account manager to request a replacement card. There is a cost associated with replacement and shipping of cards.

What about the arrangements made prior to the report?

It is understood that the responsibility for the provisions made before notice of loss are the client’s responsibility.

What happens once my card has been reported?

Your card number will be blocked in the global network of ATMs and points of sale of Visa and MasterCard as applicable. Therefore, all recurring payments associated with this card will need to be updated with the providers.

How long does it take to receive my new card?

Once the replacement fee has been processed, the card is usually delivered to your registered address within 20 working days.

What if I lost my card, reported it lost, but then found it?

It will be necessary to process a new card, as for your own security, the card number will be blocked in all terminals and emitter outlets.
